Items Delivery:
Items will be usually shipped by EMS (Global Express Mail Service), and 7-10 days will be sent to your door after shipping.
The following facts may delay the delivery:
1. The watch you ordered is out of stock and need to custom-tailor, so we will take more time to prepare your products.
2. Special days: Sometimes the factory or our office will be off, such as holidays and other reasons. So we need extra days to process the order.
3. Climate or other reasons: Usually the total delivery is 7-10 days, while as the climate or holiday reasons, the delivery will need more days.
Custom:
You do not need to worry about whether or not the watch can pass the custom successfully. We cooperate with EMS/UPS/DHL to help costumers finish custom procedures. So far, the Customs declaration percentage of our products has reached 100%.
Order Tracking:
Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail to confirm your order. Upon the watch shipped out you will receive an email with your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress. Please keep in mind it may take up to 5 days before the online tracking has updated your package. Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense.
