All timepieces purchased from replicawatches8.com are covered with a 12 months' warranty. Please note that the Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damages caused by external reasons and it does not cover water damage, lost or stolen parts, and damages due to personal misuse / negligence, therefore we strongly recommend not swimming, diving, and surfing or having any other similar activity with any watches.

 

• Watches may be exchanged if you get the watches that are totally different with what was ordered, or have quality problem and cannot be repaired (although our watches have high quality).  
  
• We offer a 14-day exchange policy. Please send us an email within 14 days as you received about the problem before you send back the goods. We will process it in 24 hours, so that we can avoid unnecessary costs on both sides.  
  
•  The product condition must be 100% BRAND NEW; this means that it must never have been worn, nor unpacked. Once you have worn or used your replica, the exchange policy is void. This also means that the plastic wrapping around the band of the watches must be intact and not removed  
  
• The product is subject to final inspection for the above conditions before your return is processed  
  
• Please insure your return. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during the shipping process. All shipping costs incurred as such are not refundable.  
  
• In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.

 

• Only manufacturer s defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents etc). Please make sure that the crown on all watches is always screwed in tight prior to water exposure, so that water damage does not occur

• The goods must be in its original presentation box. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on. We cannot accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you.  
  
• We¡¯ll refund you the amount you paid for the item without shipping fee.  
  
• All returns are at the customers' own cost. We recommend that you insure the package, if you choose not to insure it, you will be liable for lost or damaged product.
